There are 15 items on my to do list right now.
Some of the items have been on the list for months (but not years).
- There’s always a finite set of things you need to get done. Worrying about how many things and trying to juggle them all in your mind doesn’t work
- There’s always a first step or a next step. Writing down the step is helpful. It might not be the right time to take action right now, while you’re in planning mode.
- A lot of times, things don’t go according to plan. New steps come up while you’re working towards the goal. It’s ok, and flexibility is necessary. Make a note and change course.
- Tell someone what you need to do
